No, they don't! Your clients only need to click the secure, unique project link you share. If they try to leave a comment they are greeted with a popup to enter their email then name (This is so you know who is actually leaving the comment).
Once they enter their email address and name, they can begin leaving precise in-context comments instantly, keeping the process fast and simple for them.
In-context commenting allows clients to pin a comment directly onto an image. This ends the back-and-forth ambiguity of email, where clients try to describe what they are referencing, saving you time on revisions.
Every project you create for a client is shared via a unique, encrypted link. In the future we do plan on adding the ability for users to instantly update the unique GUID (the identifier) for any project's share link directly from the dashboard for added security and control.
Generic cloud storage is not built for client feedback. We provide contextual commenting, automatic version control, and a client-centric organization (Client → Project → Asset) that prevents file confusion and speeds up your professional workflow.
