A User Seat is for a member of your internal team (e.g., designers, project managers) who needs their own login to manage clients, upload assets, and create projects.

Unlimited Reviewers refers to your clients, who can view projects and leave comments using the secure link without needing their own paid login.

If you exceed your plan's included storage, your account will remain active, but you won't be able to upload new files until you either upgrade to the next tier or archive/delete existing files to free up space. We'll send you a notification when you are approaching your limit.

We do plan in the future to release a paid plan that includes unlimited cloud storage. 

An Active Project is any project currently available for client review and feedback. Projects that are marked as Archived do not count toward active project limit, but the assets within an archived project do count towards your account storage limit. You can easily archive a completed project to free up space, and you can reactivate it at any time if needed.

The Starter plan is designed for short-term, small projects. We limit versions to 10 to ensure you don't quickly consume your 10 GB storage limit. The Pro plan offers Unlimited Versions per Asset, which is ideal for large projects like website redesigns.

Yes! When you create a new account you automatically start with a 14-day free trial so you can test all features before committing. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time directly from your account settings without penalties.
